A701 - AI Arts Dates: 9/14/24 - 1/11/25 Time: Saturday, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Location: Burlington Classroom # Grades: G7+ Prerequisite: None Related Class: Course Description: This course introduces kids to the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in everyday life. Through interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and fun projects, students will learn about the basics of AI, including machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing. The course will cover topics such as image recognition, chatbots, and game playing algorithms, giving students a foundational understanding of how AI technologies work and how they can be used to solve real-world problems. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and skills to create their own AI projects and explore the endless possibilities of AI. Key Learning Objectives: • Describe what AI is and how it is transforming our lives. • Explain terms like Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks. • Explore different and powerful AI tools • Discuss several issues and ethical concerns surrounding AI.
