Program Description

Overview: • Event Name: Vinci Birthday Party • Time: Every Saturday morning • Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) • Target Audience: Children aged 5-10 • Location: Vinci Needham Event Details: • 11:10 - 11:30: Venue Setup by Parents (Optional): Parents may arrive 20 minutes early for setup. Assistance is available upon request. • 11:25 - 11:30: Welcome Activity: Greeting by staff, decoration with balloons and banners. Children receive birthday hats. • 11:30 - 12:30: Robot Making Activity: Guided programming and assembly by professional coaches. Each child receives a kit to assemble their own robot. • 12:30 - 1:00: Games, Cake, and Lunchtime: A designated area for games will be set up. Celebration with cake and beverages. Pizza served for children and parents. Parents are responsible for providing the cake, food, and beverages. Cost and Booking: • Cost: $600 for up to 15 children, $15 per additional child.Up to 20 children. • Booking: Please book at least three week in advance for the best service. • Setup Fee (Optional): Parents may set up the venue 20 minutes early or pay an additional $100 for assistance.
